​Refund policy


Overview
​Our Refund Policy (cancellation of service) lasts until the order is completed and is governed by the provisions of the Offer Agreement.
If the order has been accepted (is in the process of execution or has already been executed), we cannot offer you a refund. The proof of the beginning/end of the order is the provision of the Customer with the Photo/Video of the service processes, through the previously selected messenger on the Internet.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us before the start of the order, at the email address indicated on the website https://maghelp.me in the "Contacts" section.
The cost of the Service shall be refunded by bank transfer to the Customer's account, minus the funds spent on preparing the execution of the order (purchase of necessary materials and ingredients, payment for the services of third parties involved in the execution of the order... etc.) 













Refunds
Once your cancellation request has been received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your request. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

The cost of the Service shall be refunded to the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by ​​​MAGHELP.ME of the Customer's cancellation of the Services, subject to compliance with the requirements provided for in clauses 8.1.- 8.3. of the Offer Agreement.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund within the time limit specified above, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank.
It often takes some processing time before a refund is credited.
